1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of downloadable digital products from FitCoachTemplates. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
2. Digital Products
All products sold through the store are digital files. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions identify the included file types, languages and intended use.
3. Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable VAT, sales tax or similar taxes may be calculated based on the customer's location and the rules that apply to the transaction.
4. Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. An order is considered paid only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Delivery
After successful payment, the customer receives access to the purchased digital files through the order-success/download process. Delivery is electronic and there are no shipping charges.
6. Licence and Permitted Use
Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and edit the templates for your own professional fitness or coaching business.
You may use the templates with your own clients as part of your services. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, publish or make the original or edited template files available as standalone products or downloadable resources for third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
FitCoachTemplates and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the templates, design elements, website content and branding, except for content that is expressly identified as belonging to another party.
8. Customer Responsibility
Templates are business tools and general resources. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting them to your own services, clients, professional standards, local regulations and business requirements.
9. Fitness and Nutrition Disclaimer
The templates do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment or individualized medical advice. Fitness professionals are responsible for working within their qualifications and referring clients to appropriate licensed professionals when necessary.
10. Refunds
Refunds and withdrawal rights for digital products are described in our Refund & Digital Products Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.
11. Availability and Technical Issues
We aim to provide reliable access to purchased files. If a file is missing, corrupted or materially different from the product description, contact support so we can provide a replacement or other appropriate remedy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitCoachTemplates is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the templates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version displayed at the time of purchase governs that transaction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
