1. Digital-Only Products
FitCoachTemplates sells downloadable digital files. There are no physical shipments and no shipping fees.
2. Access After Payment
Purchased files are made available after successful payment confirmation. Because digital content can be copied and retained once access is provided, refund rights can differ from those for physical goods.
3. Change-of-Mind Refunds
Where permitted by applicable law, we generally do not offer refunds solely because a customer changes their mind after the purchased digital files have been made available for download.
4. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived. In some jurisdictions, a statutory withdrawal right for digital content may end once digital performance begins, but only where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
5. Problems With a Product
Please contact us if a purchased file is corrupted, cannot be downloaded, is missing material listed in the product description, or is materially different from what was advertised. We will first try to provide a working replacement or correct the issue. Where required by law or appropriate in the circumstances, a refund or other remedy may be provided.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact support with the relevant order details. We will review duplicate-payment requests individually.
7. Unauthorized Sharing
Refunds are not provided where access is restricted because of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized redistribution or other misuse, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
